NVQ Administrator

RPS is a leading provider of Occupational Health services, delivering extensive services to over 600 clients throughout the UK and Ireland since 1996.

RPS Occupational Health are highly experienced in providing tailored Occupational Health solutions and offer support to a wide variety of industry sector clients. Services are either delivered onsite, in our mobile screening units, or from a national network of clinics.

Position: NVQ Administrator
Location: Warrington
Type: Permanent

Overview of role:
This role will see you assisting the Occupational Health Team with all aspects of administration and study required towards your NVQ in Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setting up job files
• Filing & archiving
• Assisting the Quality Manager and other administrators within the team
• Printing and despatching reports to Clients
• Learning contracts
• Dealing with incoming & outgoing post and arranging couriers
• Answering incoming telephone calls
Skills/Experience:
• Competent in the complete MS package
• Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
• Good numeracy skills
• Confident telephone manner, good attention to detail, positive & flexible attitude & well-presented
