Accounts Assistant

Position: Accounts Assistant
Based: Axminster
Type: 12-month fixed term contract
Hours: Part Time 2 days per week (hours and day flexibility can be offered)

RPS is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team in Axminster, working on both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Key responsibilities
• Processing of Purchase Invoices and expenses
• Sales & Purchase ledger
• Clerical and administration duties for the team as required

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Organised, pro-active, team-player and able to work on own initiative
