About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Administrator who enjoys the combination of both financial and administration tasks to join our Belfast Water Infrastructure team. A key part of the team, this process driven role encompasses administrative tasks such as timesheets, expenses, dealing with queries and arranging meetings along with financial tasks including project invoicing and updating challenging financial spreadsheets. The role will also include quality assurance work, updating the IMS system and supporting the bid team with the production of tender documentation. Using MS Office Suite and our internal document management system, this proactive role requires you to coordinate and manage finance administration along with team administration. For the right candidate there is an opportunity to develop the role further and take on additional responsibilities. About You Suitable candidates will be numerate and possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an office management, financial systems management or business administration role. You will be expected to evidence how you have utilised your analytical and numeracy skills dealing with invoices, timesheets, expenses and other financial / project management system data. A good working knowledge of Excel and preferably other internal systems is required and you should enjoy dealing with financial and project based data on a regular basis. A quality service for our clients is paramount and hence experience of quality assurance and auditing of processes would be advantageous. Excellent attention to detail is essential and suitable candidates will be well organised, highly motivated and possess superb communication skills. This is a proactive role and we are looking for an individual who will effectively support multidisciplinary teams and develop their role to help achieve strategic goals and deliver successful projects for our clients.
