About the Role
The role is to provide administrative and finance support to the directors, consultants and wider business to ensure the smooth running of the business stream. The responsibilities of the role include:

• Ensure each office operational processes are working effectively
• Administration of financial processes including purchase and sales ledgers
• Provide accurate information and input to financial control systems for reporting
• Act as local co-ordinator of HR matters e.g. staff records, training, attendance etc
• Day to day management of existing administration personnel
• Provide administration support to team directors

About You
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual to develop in an integral role within a highly regarded team of environmental consultants and support the continued growth of a 40+ strong business stream, working alongside other nationwide offices. The role will suit someone who has experience with the management of an offices’ finances, is well organised and is also an excellent communicator.
