Account Manager
Ellesmere Port

Job Title: Account Manager
Term Maternity Cover contract
Location: Ellesmere Port based although travel should be expected
Reporting to: Operational Manager

Main Responsibilities
• Provide proactive management support to key Occupational Health client accounts across the United Kingdom
• Direct the financial, and operational aspects of the accounts to ensure successful delivery
• Work to ensure all project deliverables meet the customers time, quality and cost expectations
• To seek out and drive forward innovation on the contracts thereby enhancing the customer experience
• Attend regular client update meetings to ensure the contracts are being delivered effectively
• Update Operational Manager on account performance
• Assist the Business Development Team in identifying and developing new services and sectors for the business

Skills/Experience Required:

• Demonstrable experience in account management in a consultancy role
• Previous occupational health/health experience is advantageous
• A solution focussed approach to service delivery, especially with regards to resolution of issues
• Well organised and structured in approach to service delivery
• Excellent inter personnel and communication skills – both orally and written
• Experience and confidence in the delivery of presentations in a technical and commercial setting to senior management.
• Prepared to travel, drive and work from various clients sites
