CDM Consultant

We are looking for a CDM Co-Ordinator to join the team in our Newark office.
The role will involve work on a range of projects including multi-million pound industrial schemes where your design or construction knowledge will be used in the development of those schemes. You will discuss the schemes and develop information regarding the health and safety aspects of the designs with the design teams, which will require you to understand the site constraints and determine if they have been addressed by the designer. The role will include site based interaction as well as liaison with designers in order to understand the schemes.
The work is national, throughout England, Wales and Scotland and, on occasions, Northern Ireland.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in the role of CDM Consultant and be either IOSH qualified or hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
You will need to be able to manage your own workload in order to meet the demands of the Client and the Project. You will also need the ability work independently and also collaboratively.
Finally, due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license is required.
