Protected Species Observers - Houston

RPS Energy services the oil and gas, renewables and nuclear sectors from operating bases in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Malaysia.
RPS Energy has an established track record with numerous major clients. We are embarking on a major program of further expansion in this sector and are seeking the right individuals to support this expansion with immediate involvement in high profile flagship energy projects.

Role: Protected Species Observers
Location: Houston


Role Outline:
Are you a Marine Biologist who is interested in marine life, is dependable, flexible and able to travel? If so, and you reside in the USA, you may be who we are looking for.

Requirements:
• Preferred 4 year Bachelors degree in Biology or a related field
• Excellent communications and writing skills
• Able to travel in addition to being away from home for 2-5 weeks at a time

Required Certifications:

· BOSIET – Basic Offshore Induction Emergency Training

· UKOOA Physical

· TWIC Card – Transportation Worker Identification Card

If you currently do not have the required certifications you at least must be willing to invest in receiving them.
