Bid Manager
Birmingham


We are looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager in our Birmingham office. This role will play a major part in the continued growth of this Division in a competitive market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and will have overall responsibility for the production and submission of these key bids and for ensuring their quality. The role will report to the Commercial Director and will require travel to our network of offices throughout the UK.

You will need to have a strong background in the preparation and submission of high-value Bids and with liaising with Clients at a senior level. You will need to be adept at establishing and maintaining excellent relationships both internally and externally and possess excellent communication skills. Good attention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role as is the ability to translate complex technical information into ‘layman’s terms’.
