GRADUATES

RPS recruits graduates all through the year and provides structured training and development opportunities to those we recruit. We have accredited training schemes with professional bodies including the ICE, IStructE, CIWEM, RTPI and many more.

We have induction programmes and set objectives with reviews to constantly monitor and manage your development. Your manager and other staff will act as mentors and as a highly commercial business we give our staff exposure to clients at an early stage.

RPS has strongly developed links with Universities and has involvement in a number of activities to ensure that we encourage the development of those studying. We award bursaries, often sponsor students through courses, sponsor industry led student events such as the RPTI student planning quiz as well as taking on a number of students each year on year-out and summer placements. Our staff are also involved at a local level with Universities.
